Frequently Asked Questions

Photo Lunchboxes are custom-made with your photos on them. In order to ensure a good-quality result, your photos must be at least 2048 x 1768 pixels.

Your lunchbox will be shipped within 2 weeks of your order.

Metal Photo Lunchboxes are $30 each, plus shipping (cost depends on destination and speed) and sales tax for California residents.

By submitting your order, you agree that you own the rights or have permission to duplicate the photo(s) and its subject, and agree to indemnify FlipClips Inc. (parent company of Photo Lunchboxes) for any claims to the contrary.

What do I need to know about submitting my order?

• Your JPG file will be resized or cropped to this final image size:
  6.75" W x 5.8125" H for the metal lunch box
• Due to the different calibration on monitors and the print process itself, it is not possible to guarantee exact coloring for images on the lunch boxes.
• Email us at orders@photolunchboxes.com or call 1.323.545.6457 should you need assistance.
• Photo lunchboxes are typically delivered within 10 business days.
• For the holiday season we are rushing orders and can accept U.S. orders through December 17th for delivery by December 24th.
• We do not gift wrap, but will include a gift message. Please specify the message via email to orders@photolunchboxes.com along with your order number.
• All sales are final.
