What do I need to know about submitting my image?

Your JPG file will be resized or cropped to this final image size:

7.125" W x 6" H for the metal lunch box

7.25" W x 5.44" H for the plastic lunch box

Due to the different calibration on monitors and the print process itself, it is not possible to guarantee exact coloring for images on the lunch boxes.

When do I get my custom photo lunch box?

Photo lunchboxes are delivered within 10 business days.

For the holiday season we are rushing orders and can accept U.S. orders through December 17th for delivery by December 25th.

Do you ship outside of the U.S.?

Absolutely! Email us for an estimate on shipping costs at orders@photolunchboxes.com.

Can I send the lunch box as a gift?

We do not gift wrap, but we will include a gift message. You specify the gift message during checkout.

Ogg Studio will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged photographs. Please do not send negatives or irreplaceable photos. Vangie Ogg retains the rights to the final product design. All sales are final.
